Owner

George Osorio

George Osorio is the CEO of California Collision LLC and has been in the auto body industry since 1995. His passion for cars has not changed all these years and he still enjoys seeing a mangled piece of metal come into the shop damaged and the leave looking like it’s never been in an accident. He says that being able to help someone during the auto body repair process and see the gratitude customers share with staff is a great feeling.

George is a local resident and has lived in the Tri-Valley all his life. He is grateful and blessed to be part of this community while being able to give back through various donation organizations and the local school districts.

I live, eat, sleep cars, so it is my pleasure to repair and restore for my customers in Pleasanton and the Tri-Valley area.

General Manager

Alan Mora

Alan Mora is the general manager for California collision, he has been with the company pretty much since opening. Alan plays a vital role with the team’s performance, morale and overall production. California collision would not be where it is today without Alan’s great work ethic and valuable help . Alan likes to spend his free time with his fur baby Louie, a giant Labradoodle that loves to smother you with kisses.

Technician

Nicolas Mendiola

Nicolas Mendiola is one of our technicians that has been employed with California Collision since 2013. He has worked with the owner since his first auto body shop in San Mateo, CA, and has known the owner since they were both in their early twenties. Nicolas can do heavy collision repair and specializes in classic vehicle restorations. He is amongst the very few technicians that still does metal fabrication and repairs.

Nicolas enjoys spending time with his family and two kids on the weekends. It’s very common you will catch Nico singing in the shop or pranking one of his fellow coworkers. Nico definitely brings a positive energy to the team and is respected by his coworkers for his knowledge and passion in the automotive industry.

Giovanni

Giovanni is one of our service advisors at California Collision. He takes great pride in what he does and brings his “A” game every day to work. Giovanni started in the auto body collision industry cleaning the shop floors and breaking cardboard boxes after school everyday. Eventually Giovanni worked his way up into the detail area learning how to Polish and detail vehicles. Giovanni also spent some time learning to do body work and paint work which allows Giovanni to have a better understanding when performing a diagnosis of the vehicle’s damage. Giovanni is also I CAR trained and certified in electric vehicles and has a profound understanding of electrical repair requirements for these types of vehicles. Giovanni is a die hard sports fan and it’s very common you will catch him on the weekends in front of the TV yelling at his team in disbelief.

Brandi

Brandi is one of our service advisors that takes great pride in her customer service that is second to nobody. Brandi has great organizational skills and makes sure she provides her customers with weekly status of their vehicle repairs. Our customers truly enjoy working with Brandi. Also Brandi is a Bay Area native and loves to go for long hikes with her fur baby Stella. On occasion Brandi will explore some unique food venues throughout the Bay Area so she can share this information with our team. If you ever want to know some cool spots where to grab a drink or a bite to eat she is your go to person.

Auto Detail And Polisher

Eduardo

Eduardo is one of our polishers and detailers for California Collision, he is a hard worker and tries his best everyday to put out the best quality of Polish and detail service he can. You can catch Eduardo in the detail area rocking out to all types of music from Spanish rock to hip hop which fuels his energy to get these cars out in a timely manner. Eduardo has been known to cut up the dance floor on the weekends when he is not working on vehicles.

Miguel

Miguel is one of our body technicians who is an asset to California Collision. His great attitude makes it a pleasure to work with him. Miguel takes great pride in the work he does, It’s very common to catch Miguel teasing or pranking Nico to get the morale going early in the morning. On the weekends Miguel likes to unwind and relax and spend time with his family.

Fernando

Fernando is a polisher detailer with California collision Fernando is capable of making these cars look outstanding Fernando has a great work ethic and gets along with all his team members Fernando is known to share his weekly colorful jokes with the entire team. From time to time you can catch Fernando getting lost in virtual reality playing his video games.

Marvin

Marvin is our painter for California collision Marvin has been in the auto Body Shop industry for several years and takes pride in the outstanding work that he does. Marbin is a problem solver and team player, on the weekends you will catch Marbin relaxing with his family or enjoying a rock concert along with the numerous sports activities he enjoys to do. We sometimes refer to him as Papa Smurf because of his blue painter’s suit he is known to wear in the shop.

Auto body technicians

Emilio

Emilio is one of our Auto body technicians he is I CAR certified and has training on how to work on electric vehicles. Emilio has been with us since 2013 and worked his way up the ladder from a polisher detailer to now a journeyman technician. Emilio is a great team player with a good attitude and continues to strive to learn in the automotive industry. On the weekends you will catch Emilio at the gym or fishing. Emilio is a diehard fisherman and uses this as his unwinding and relaxing time.
